Enjoy the unique experience of connection, loving communication, and cooperation as you gently stretch through some basic yoga poses with a partner. Bring your spouse, partner, a family member, or a friend. We will be taking the challenge and work out of the practice to focus on the experience of healing touch adjustments and union. We will be practicing partner vinyasa where two partners create a posture flow that mirrors each other to develop greater presence, and capacity in attuning to breath and rhythm of the flow. There will also be restorative partner poses to create meditative and restorative focus using our partner to support us and to experience the silence and stillness in communion with others.
