We use heart-rate based interval training guaranteed to have you seeing results from the inside out! Our workout is backed by science, proven to supercharge your metabolism and tracked by technology through heart rate monitors so you can see your results in real-time during class and review your stats later via our app. Each workout is inspired and led by certified fitness coaches who make sure you aren't over-training or under-training. About Columbus Girl Gang: Columbus Girl Gang is a group of gals in Columbus Ohio looking for new friends! Because making friends when you’re an adult is tough! About this Event: We know how much more fun working out can be when you have an accountability buddy, so we are excited to invite Columbus Girl Gang into our Short North studio for a complimentary workout and opportunity to form friendships! **This event is FREE - limited to 39 spots What to Expect: Please arrive 15 minutes early for us to set you up everyone with a heart rate monitor to wear during class. (If you are a current member, you may bring your own!)At 2:00pm the Coach will take everything through an introduction to the workout and then start class! The class will be 60 minutes long.Swag bags for each attendee featuring items from some of our favorite local businesses!An opportunity to connect with other women and find your new "burn buddies"! **A few days prior to the event, our studio will email you a liability waiver to complete before you come in. This will come from a platform called "SignNow". Parking: Street and meter parking is available around the studio + FREE on Sundays!Parking Garage parking also available in the White Castle garage (entrance on 2nd Ave). We can validate $2.00 for 2 hours in the studio.
