Our aim is to be free with creativity. I like to check every note and put in the hard work some may think is useless. If that’s alright with you or y’all, let’s create. My team and I prefer some people to grow with to continue development. This can be on our team or an affiliate who we can offer services too and vice versa. To be transparent we would like an engineer to have some type of musical understanding or least open enough to learn and to share as we will naturally share too. We would like to have 3-5 engineers (Mixing and Mastering or only Mixing and only Mastering; Recording engineer is a plus). At times all the engineers current and new will be working as a team to achieve a larger goal/target. This is an ego free zone.
