The Board of Commissioners of the Downtown Special Services District of Bridgeport (DSSD) hereby fixed and calls the Annual Meeting of Holders of Record Taxable Interests in Property in the DSSD. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at Housatonic Community College’s Werth Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, located in Beacon Hall at 765 Broad Street, Bridgeport, Connecticut 06604, as well as by video conference on Zoom: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85682550645?pwd=QnFOcHEvUko0VVlpK1RTbWUwbDZ5QT09; Meeting ID: 856 8255 0645; Passcode: 282421. The meeting will begin at 5:00 p.m. All Holders of Record of Taxable Interest in Property in the DSSD are invited and encouraged to attend. The meeting is open to the public, and all community members are welcomed and encouraged to attend.
The meeting is called for the election of members of the Board of Commissioners of the District and for the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the meeting. The Agenda for the meeting will be as follows:
