Star Trek discussion group. We discuss the big ideas inspired by Star Trek! Every first Thursday (6:30pm) at Outworld Brewing in Longmont. Join Grey Havens Philosophy and Outworld Brewing every first Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m. as we discuss the big ideas inspired by Star Trek! This discussion series is perfect for fans of Star Trek, sci-fi, fantasy, and/or thinking about the nature of life and the universe. Star Trek knowledge is not required, as the discussion integrates both the source material and abstract concepts. We start by watching 1-2 clips from the shows/movies and then see where the conversation takes us. We are LGBTQ+ friendly and encourage a diversity of experiences, perspectives, and ideas in our discussions. Attendance is free.
