1 hour Zumba- Mondays, in the month of May
I am super excited to offer this in-person class to the town of Tuckahoe on Mondays, during the month of May.
Whether you want to try something new or just add some fun to your fitness routine, Zumba is perfect for that. Burn calories as you musically travel the world.
What is Zumba?
It's a dance based fitness program that incorporates Latin and International rhythms.
Do I need dance experience?
NO! What is great about Zumba is that the moves tend to be simple and repetitive. You will be amazed on what you pick up.
What do I need to take class?
I suggest wearing comfortable sneakers, comfortable workout clothes, bring a towel for sweat, and water to drink. Most importantly, bring your heart and enthusiasm.
When is class?
It's every Monday, during the month of May (except Memorial day) at Pyramid Squash Club in Tuckahoe at 7 PM
How long is class?
It is 1 hour long but if you need to take breaks, you may.
How much is class?
Only $10 - cash payment to be paid at class time. Exact change is appreciated.
For the day of class
If you are new to my class, kindly arrive 10 minutes before so we can check you in and get to know each other.
Classroom is on the top floor. You can take the elevator up to "M" or walk up the stairs.
