Out in the Open Speaker Series at Venture Way Collaborative has partnered with community leaders who are committed to affecting change. Join us for our inaugural Out in the Open Speaker Series. Venture Way Collaborative has partnered with community leaders who are committed to affecting change. Invited speakers will share and discuss research and experiences deeply rooted in the values of collaborative learning, a commitment to bringing people together, and supporting healthy workplace cultures with the intent of bridging interests to a local audience. This event is hosted by Andrea Bordenca. Featured speakers and topics: Shraddhā Yoga: creating a living yoga community Corinne Andrews, co-director of Shraddhā Yoga, lead teacher of the In-Depth Study and Teacher Training, and author of Birthing Mama Health Alert: Women, Diversity, and Leadership in the Businesses of Healthcare Barri M. Blauvelt, CEO, Innovara, Inc., and co-principal investigator, Center for Women in Politics and Public Policy, John W. McCormack Graduate School of Policy and Global Studies, U. of Massachusetts (Boston) 2019 research report, Status of Women & Girls in Western Massachusetts Kelley Bryant, Community Engagement Manager of the Women’s Fund of Western Massachusetts Faces of Medicine, a narrative health equity project focused on representation in medicine Khama Ennis, MD, MPH, Emergency Medicine physician and President of the Medical Staff at Cooley Dickinson Hospital and founder of Faces of Medicine by Doctorbird, LLC The speaker series will begin at 2:30pm.
