Yoga In The Vines Please join us outside on the gorgeous grounds of Hardwick Winery for Yoga In The Vines. This meditative morning yoga practice with Stacylynn will lead you into a space of pure bliss. Class will be geared towards a gentle and restorative practice with poses that are suitable for all able-bodied people* closing with a meditation. Allow stress to melt away and Zen to take its place amidst the peaceful atmosphere of this beautiful winery. (For your enjoyment, winery opens at 11 - Make sure to stay for a "glass after class" !) Ticket price includes; 1 yoga class. Tickets are limited. This event is 21+ *able bodied = Can lay and sit comfortably on the floor/ground, have the ability to stand up from the floor/ground and have no serious injuries or illnesses. As with all exercise, consult with your doctor if you are uncertain. Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled. What you'll need; -a yoga mat -a pillow and/or small blanket or covering for the ending portion of class (called savasana) and any props that you choose to make your experience awesome!
