The Maternal Burn is a community ceremony to release and re-birth the archetype of Mother and the role she plays in our lives. ❤️‍🔥 THE MATERNAL BURN❤️‍🔥 a ceremonial event hosted by Hey Birdie and Shugie on Sunday, May 22nd at 10am. 'Mother' is a concept that is full of charge in our modern world. She is an archetype that can mean many things. Nurturing, creativity, fertility, and birth. Fierce, protective, and powerful like Mother Earth. Join us in community to celebrate all the ways that we embody the mother, qualities that feel in alignment and those that don’t. Sharing our joy as well as our struggles, we create this ceremony to honor and rebirth our own relationship to Mother. Our ceremony guides, Sydney Zwicker, Holistic Women’s Worker + Meditation Guide and Cecilia Favetto, Shaman + Energy Clearer, will lead us in this transformative experience with a discussion of the maternal archetype and how we can create our own version, a traditional Despacho offering of Q'ero descent, shamanic drumming, and an exploration + activation of the womb space.
