Whether you have a 15, 30, or 60-min call, The Yards knows the route for you to get your daily dose of fresh air! The Yards has launched its first-ever 'Walk This Way' campaign to help workers and residents get in their steps and enjoy the spring weather while taking a work call, enjoying a few minutes of mindfulness, or just looking to move. To kick-off the month-long initiative, The Yards’ restaurants Agua 301 and Bammy’s are hosting a happy hour on Wednesday, May 11! Register a team of 4-6 people via Eventbrite and commit to a 4pm walking meeting followed by happy hour cocktails. Teams will receive a $100 gift card towards happy hour at The Yards after their walking meeting. Gift cards will be retrieved onsite at the respective restaurants on May 11. Space is limited, each team will receive a gift card to ONE restaurant. When RSVPing, please include the names of your team members and select EITHER Bammy's or Agua 301 for your happy hour gift card. About Walk This Way: The Yards’ first-ever ‘Walk This Way’ campaign includes five specially mapped-out routes throughout the waterfront neighborhood. Whether you have 15, 30, or 60-minutes for a work call or a mental break, or you’re working to achieve your 10k step goal, The Yards has a curated route for you! Participants even have the chance to win a gift card from a participating Yards retailer by posting a picture on Instagram with the hashtag #WalkThisWay and tagging @TheYardsDC.
