Infant child first aid cpr The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services as recently required all infant/child first aid and cpr training to be completed by a PQAS certified instructor... in order to assist with ensuring that child care professionals have the required trainings we have opened our courses to child care professionals. This is a Nationally Recognized training.. all are welcome.
