Make connections with the LGBTQ+ community and promote your organization's business or services to attendees of Buffalo's Pride Festival! PRIDE VILLAGE is a place where vendors can share their organization with festival-goers. Organizations in our COMMUNITY TENT are invited to share educational or promotional information about their business or services with attendees, while RETAIL VENDORS are invited to rent or set up tents and sell their merchandise. Please note that the sale of food, beverage or alcohol is strictly prohibited. REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Friday, May 20, 2022 Space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. EVENT DATE: Sunday, June 5, 2022 LOCATION: Canalside - 44 Prime Street, Buffalo, NY 14202 SET UP: Starts at 9:00 AM and all vendors must be checked-in by 11 AM SITE MAP: An updated site map will be shared once it is available VENDOR FEES Pride Village vendors are not charged a percentage of sales; however, we do charge a participation fee to help offset the cost of tents, tables, permits, etc. Full payment is required to reserve your vending space. Rates are as follows: Retail Vendor Tent: $475 Selling items at event. Purchase includes a 10' x 10' tent, 1 table and 2 chairs. Community Tent: $80 - $325 Registration includes 1 table and 2 chairs located under our large Pride Village tents Table Type I (non-profit with operating budget less than $100,000): $80 Table Type II (non-profit with operating budget of more than $100,000): $160 Table Type III (for-profit organization; not selling items at the event): $325 Electricity will not be provided and generators are not allowed. Vendor day-of instructions and details to be provided upon confirmation of registration TERMS & CONDITIONS Per City of Buffalo requirements, The Evergreen Foundation of Western New York, Inc. (COORDINATOR) is required to carry liability insurance for the Pride Festival. Consequently, all organizations and individuals participating as retail or community vendors (VENDORS) must adhere to the Terms and Conditions and Non-Discrimination Policy listed below as condition of participation. Failure to adhere to these guidelines could result in exclusion from this year’s event, exclusion from future events and possible legal action. The decisions rendered by the COORDINATOR will be final and it maintains the right to refuse any entry to deny any application without liability.
