Rehoming my dog

I hate to do it but I need to rehome my dog. This is bunny. She's probably about a year and a half to two years old. I've had her 6 months and she was found running the streets so I'm unsure about her history before I got her. She's a great dog, she listens well and is fully potty trained. I've been working 10hrs a day and drive 2 hrs so being in the cage all day is affecting her. She is energetic, loves toys. I do not have kids so I'm not sure how she'd be but I have rabbits and she isn't violent with them but I can see she wouldn't be OK with them alone all day. She usually just sits and stares but I don't trust her alone with them for too long. I wasn't working as much when I got her so I had the plans to do training and getting her fixed but I recently moved her from Saint Louis so with the big move and all the working now, things were put on the back burner. She's sweet and listens but she is lacking some manners, she jumps on people when she sees them. She is not food aggressive at all. Walks well on a leash. Just needs some socializing and time out of the crate. She will come with her crate, any food and treats I have left, all her toys (she has a lot), leashes, collars and harnesses, and her winter coats.
