This two day class will give mechanics operational information to confirm diagnosis, repair, maintenance and system troubleshooting. This two day class will give mechanics operational information to confirm diagnosis, repair, maintenance and system troubleshooting. We will spend time in the hands-on lab and a lecture setting. Mechanics will learn how to troubleshoot the boom systems, vacuum systems, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical/electronic systems. ● Safety ● Understand Body and Boom Functions ● Basic Operation for Repair Confirmation ● Blower Operation ● Diagnose Vacuum Related Problems ● Maintenance and the Maintenance Schedule ● Hydraulic Component Identification ● How to Manually Override Hydraulic and Pneumatic Functions ● Electrical/Electronic Troubleshooting, Diagnostics and Repairs ● Introduction and Navigation of the Service Cloud If any special option packages are needed, please inform at registration to ensure the material is covered: This In-Person class meets Tuesday through Wednesday at 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
