Limited number of spots available! Masks required. Dr. Warren owns Evanston-based ARC Professional Group, a practice specializing in team-based care for complex cases. Eliza, who is currently training to become a psychiatrist, has taught yoga to support mental health for 10+ years, including at the renowned Yellowbrick mental health treatment program. Her background includes training in yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation and yoga nidra with Parayoga, Kripalu and the Yandara Yoga Institute. This is a rare opportunity to learn how to expand your clinical repertoire from two seasoned practitioners with complementary expertise. The first hour will be a didactic and experiential workshop, followed by a professional development discussion during the final 30 minutes.
