Tabletop and Board Gaming Event to Benefit Underprivileged Youth Involvement in the Arts The USS Balthasar presents Board Game Extravaganza at Modesto Centre Plaza in Modesto, CA. We are putting together our second annual tabletop and board gaming event to show off local board and tabletop gaming stores as well as great board and tabletop games. The USS Balthasar is a 501c3 nonprofit that benefits local organizations supporting underprivileged youth involvement in the arts.
