Sip & Succulents! Make & Take Mimosa Tasting Fundraiser to benefit McHenry based Healing Hearts, Hooves, and Paws NFP horse rescue. Join Melissa Pergl of the fb group Pergl's Plants & Kim Betke with Wine Shop at Home for a unique fundraising event to benefit the McHenry based non-for-profit horse rescue Healing Hearts, Hooves, and Paws! Class attendees will have the opportunity to select succulents for their very own adorable repurposed vintage teacup planter. We will be offering a mimosa tasting along with food pairing as Kim walks you through the entire experience and answers all your sparkling and non-sparkling small batch artisan wine questions. Charcuterie boards courtesy of KScott Charcuterie will be available for grazing throughout the event. Class attendees will also have the exclusive opportunity to shop brand new inventory at Repurposed Glitter Vintage Emporium and will get to draw for a discount between 10%-30% on their entire purchase. Attendees will receive a complimentary bottle of wine to take home as well the opportunity to place an order. All class attendees wishing to participate in the mimosa tasting and/or to claim the complimentary bottle of wine to take home must be 21 years old or older. Refunds will NOT be available for this event, however if for some reason you are not able to attend, arrangements can be made for you to pick up a succulent teacup planter and your bottle of wine to take home during our normal business hours. ***We would encourage all attendees to swing by a bit early as the first ever Spring Grove Farmers Market will be taking place across the street from 8-noon that same morning!*** You can learn more about Healing Hearts, Hooves, and Paws NFP at www.hhhprescue.org
