This fun and informative day focuses on promoting youth mental wellness and healthy coping mechanisms while decreasing the stigma around mental health. If you want to learn more about Mental wellness and healthy coping mechanisms while enjoying local music, food, artists, and more…then come join us May 14th from 8:00am -12:00 at the Farmers Market in Kankakee, for the Youth Mental Health and Wellness Fest. Those who participate in Wellness Fest activities can earn tickets for food and drink that they can redeem with Farmers Market vendors. So join us May 14th for music , food, and fun
