Celebrate AAPI Heritage Month and Mental Health Awareness Month with NAAAP-DFW. The second installment of the Developing Leaders Series features Nghia Le, LCSW. Nghia is a clinical social worker with a focus on supporting 1st and 2nd generation immigrants working through the anxieties that come with racial and ethnic identity development.
In his session, Regulate then Relate – Mental Health and Leadership, you will get a chance to learn the mental health impacts of stress on your brain and nervous system, simple skills to regulate and soothe, and strategies to support others in your community, work, and personal life. Take care of yourself, to take care of others.
Light refreshments will be provided.
