Zen-Yin-Yoga Workshop Drop-In Get your Zen on🧘‍♀️ with our Yin-Zen-Yoga workshop! An all-inclusive experience including yoga, aromatherapy, sound bath and reiki from two of our level two certified healers. If you are in need of relaxing and letting go of built-up stress, this is the class for you :). This class is suitable for beginning and advanced students looking to slow down for a gentle, Yin style yoga class. Complete details are in the flier below.
