FREE MONTHLY food for Seniors 60+ through the COMMODITY SUPPLEMENTAL FOOD PROGRAM. * FREE MONTHLY food for Seniors 60+ through the COMMODITY SUPPLEMENTAL FOOD PROGRAM. * *Food kits provide a selection of fruit, juice, vegetables, milk, cheese, grains, protein, and much more! *Participants will need a form of identification with their date of birth and proof of address. A mailed document can be provided if address on identification is not current. *Proof of income is NOT required. Participant will be asked to self-declare income. Income guidelines: 1 person $1473 and 2 people $1984. *All individuals in the household 60+ may apply individually to each receive assistance. *Distributions will be held once per month.
