With less than a 30-minute time commitment, you will be equipped as a Community CPR Champion! The American Heart Association is pleased to provide FREE Hands Only/Bystander CPR training and education. You can learn the core skills of Hands-Only CPR and Child CPR in less than 30 minutes. This education will not include a certification and is not intended to meet a job requirement – but it can certainly save a life. More than 325,000 cardiac arrests occur outside of hospitals each year in the United States. In the new study that included 30,445 people who had a cardiac arrest outside a hospital, 40 percent received no bystander CPR. Immediate Hands-Only CPR can double or triple the chances of survival. With less than a 30-minute time commitment, you will be equipped as a Community CPR Champion!
