OKEECHOBEE near HAVERHILL, West Palm Beach FL

Description

I spoke to a group of investors that are considering purchasing a building that has about 2,800 square feet of space to create MONTHLY rental space for band rehearsals. You would have secure access to the building, and only you and the building manager would be able to access your unit - management could only access your unit within reason, and with notice, except for emergencies such as fire, flood, etc. The building would be near Guitar Center on the intersection of Haverhill Rd. and Okeechobee Blvd. There would be four studios, and you will have complete control of your space, and you will have 24/7 access to your space. Each unit would be approximately 22' x 28' - so, significantly larger than a two-car garage. You could use your unit for band rehearsal, giving lessons, recording, or whatever appropriate usage - please note, however, that nobody can actually LIVE in the unit. Electricity, A/C, bathroom, etc., will all be provided. There may even be onsite availability for coffee, soft drinks, strings, drumsticks, cords, etc. There will be video camera surveillance to protect you, and your unit. What I want to find out is this: 1 - is there any interest in such a facility, and, 2 - what do you think would be a realistic rental price for a month at such a facility? 3 - Would it be better, or worse, if there was beer, and possibly wine, served in the common area? Thanks much for your help. I hope my investors will want to do this for all of us musicians! Peace!
