Cupping is a way to taste, evaluate, and compare the flavor, quality and potential of a given coffee. The theory will be explained on the first half of the class and will be followed by the cupping itself. It includes a vast selection of Memoirs Coffee from around the world as well as one Casa Brasil Microlot.
