Collaboration hike with @weexploreearth x @sweatsoguud with a meditation led by @selfworkbyme Hey y'all! Join @weexploreearth and @sweatsoguud on this scenic 7.6 mile moderate hike. The trail is right across the Leo Carillo State Beach, where our meditation led by @selfworkbyme will take place. After our guided meditation everyone can enjoy a beautiful beach day and hangout ! So bring your food, drinks, change of clothes if you're swimming, games, and your great energy ! Make sure you bring shades or a hat as there is minimal shade on the hike. Bring at least 2 liters of water, dress according to the weather for the day, wear hiking boots or trail shoes with GRIP, expect incline as the hike does have 2,073.5 ft of elevation gain.
