This combines checking in with your intuition and learning how to expand and contract your energy to beat exhaustion before it starts. Do you experience exhaustion after engaging in energy work? Are you pouring your energy into your clients? Struggling with internal blockages when trying to expand your practice? When learning or practicing energy work, the basics are often not taught. The lack of a foundation leaves practitioners exhausted, drained, and struggling to work past internal blockages. During this intro energy class, you will learn to ground yourself in your own energetic signature, the earth, and your universal energy source. Krystal will guide you through testing and expanding your energy to build your own energetic field. You will then use self-reflection and journaling to engage with your energy and the tools you need to sustain these practices. This course is for everyone!!
