WESTBOROUGH, MA — The Westborough Health Department is offering free rapid COVID-19 tests to all town residents. Anyone interested in grabbing a test kit can head to the Board of Health office, 34 West Main St., during regular business hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.Tuesdays: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday: 7:30 a.m. to noonCOVID-19 cases are on the rise in Westborough, according to health data. The town added 64 new cases over the two weeks ending April 16, the last date data is available. The average daily rate over that period per 100,000 residents also rose to 24.4. The town's positive test rate did fall, however, to 4.74 percent.
