She will also share some of her favorite self care practices and read cards for a couple of lucky attendees. About Melina: Melina is a Holistic Health Advocate working to bring solutions during this massive collective awakening. She was on the path to becoming a holistic health practitioner when she was further inspired by her own unfathomable healing journey. Through a spontaneous Kundalini Awakening nearly 7 years ago, she found herself in constant full on crisis mode. After 2 years, this on-going struggle resulted in debilitating chronic illness. Through regular work with a shamanic healer, her mentor, and other healers along the way, she was able to gather the tools needed to get to the root and truly heal, ultimately becoming her own healer. This journey was the inspiration behind her recently self-published oracle deck, The Self Care Oracle Deck. Melina is now a Medical Medium inspired health coach and Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, helping others unload emotional baggage to bring them more ease and open-heartedness - and even relief of physical symptoms. She also offers vocal sound healing to address wounds of any and all kinds. Melina encourages everyone to see themselves as their own healers, realizing no one else can do it for us.
