Learn how you can create a win-win for your for-profit company and a nonprofit organization to foster a healthier and more vibrant community The Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) is a tax credit program in Pennsylvania that encourages businesses to invest in projects which improve distressed areas or support neighborhood conservation and economic development. Facilitators: Gail D'Angelo, Administrative Vice President, Regional CRA Manager, M & T Bank, will share from a company's perspective why M & T Bank participates, what makes a company eligible for this program and the timelines for applying. Michael Shorr, Deputy Director, PA Department of Community & Economic Development, Southeast Regional Office, will share the State's perspective and the various programs available under the NAP.
