As we are moving out of the state of the pandemic, we are seeing shifts, and it can be a challenge to know what is going on. This idea will lead our conversation this month as we discuss the current state of the investment market. We will be joined by our guest speaker this month, Ammon Brimhal. About Ammon Ammon Brimhal got his start in Real Estate investing after he read the book 'Rich Dad Poor Dad' in his early 20s. Over the last 20 years, Ammon has been involved in hundreds of transactions from wholesaling to lending to flipping, and has also spent the last 15 years as an award winning teacher and curriculum developer in real estate investing. Ammon has developed curriculum and trained speakers for a Fotune 500 company and has spoken at some the the largest real estate investing events in the world. One of the biggest reasons Ammon spends his time educating other investors is because he care's about people's success. He provides a hands on approach focused on teaching skills that help you implement the knowledge. When he is not investing and teaching, Ammon spends his time with his wife of 21 years and 5 kids.
