Join us for an evening of strength, stretching, relaxing and meditation by LJ's Zen Yoga every Thursday 7pm LJ's class is for everyone, from beginner to advanced, he will guide you on different levels of your choice. Restorative and strength classes available. Stretching is good for the body after your weight training day. Atmosphere of the blue light is relaxing and then at the end he will play the Tibet bowls for a special ending. You will love this special time, relax and re-energize the mind and body. Suggested donation admission $8 for member, $10 for non-member. Join us for an evening of positive energy. Every Thursday at 7 pm at Metrix Next Level Fitness.
