Happily Ever After: Stories of Good People, Good Deeds, and Good Fortune June 1, 2022 @ the Government Hill Commons Doors at 6pm Show at 7pm This will be a picnic-style event -- please bring your own blankets and campchairs, but please nothing so bulky it will block the view of others. Tickets are general admission and seating is first-come, first-served. Names will be checked at the gate so make sure the name of the purchaser is the one presented. Dinners available at neighboring restaurants for take-out! They are all located next to the park. As always, this is a live show and we cannot guarantee the content of any story. If you plan on bringing children, be prepared for them to ask Big Questions. And if you bring children, please treat this as you would a theater show and be seated/quiet/respectful when stories are being told. Similarly, no dogs. Parking will be at the Government Hill Curling Club/Harvard Park Tennis Courts. You will need to walk up a short hill to get to the park. If you necessitate handicap access, please send us an email in advance so we will coordinate with you. Please, no parking in the neighborhood. Be sure to cross at designated crosswalks -- traffic turning west from the bridge may not anticipate pedestrians, so be alert. Bike if you can! We'll provide safe bike parking inside of the venue. The Government Hill Commons is a new community park and apple orchard in the Government Hill neighborhood of North Anchorage. Event is rain or shine, so be ready for whatever the skies bring!
