(GLI), convened national, state, and local experts for its 'Future of Healthcare Workforce' event, presented by HR Affiliates. In a special edition of GLI's Workforce Connections series, more than 150 local healthcare and business leaders joined a discussion on how the workforce shortage has impacted the patient care experience and the delivery of healthcare, and how Louisville can support and grow the healthcare workforce. "Yesterday's conversation was an important opportunity to come together and learn from experts how to create solutions for the workforce shortage that healthcare-related industries are facing," said Logan Gatti, director of HEN.
