Hello My fitness coaching company is offering free training sessions for men with weight loss goals this upcoming week! We want to set guys on the right path and offer free training and methods, that actually produce long lasting weight loss results -- rather than seeing more men in the Bay Area fall for new popular fad diets, online supplement scams, or not trying anything at all to shift their situation, only to be left with temporary or no results at all. Our current and previous clients have seen excellent results, and we are sure of ourselves to be able to help you as well. This training is completely free, and is of no charge at all to you -- we're doing this because we're genuinely interested in helping more guys out locally. (Currently we're only working with men, as that's our area of expertise and who we can deliver the best results to) We are offering sessions in person and through zoom, in order to accommodate busy schedules. In person sessions will be held in downtown San Jose, Monday through Friday (May 9th to 13th) and online sessions will be held this Sunday through next Saturday (May 8th through May 14th). Times will be depend on the availability of both parties, we'll coordinate and schedule with you beforehand either through text or email.
