The 4S Ranch Sheriff's Substation wants the public's help in identifying two individuals wanted on suspicion of vandalizing property in 4S Ranch.
In late April, surveillance video captured two individuals breaking into the Olivenhain Municipal Water District's reservoir located near the 10000 block of Camino San Thomas. They proceeded to cause extensive damage to equipment and infrastructure.
Take a good look at these photos. Someone out there knows who these individuals are.

You can also call the Crime Stoppers anonymous tip line at (888) 580-8477. Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward to anyone with information that leads to an arrest in this case.
