Here are the top three stories today in Charleston: The City of North Charleston's Twitter account has been suspended. The account was reportedly hacked, according to City of North Charleston officials. The city has reached out to Twitter to resolve the issue. The account's bio and the profile picture were changed along with spam messages sent. (ABC NEWS 4)The City of Charleston Parking department will begin to transition away from the use of parking boots. The department plans to begin using "the barnacle," a parking enforcement device that attaches to a vehicle's front windshield. The department hopes that the barnacle will reduce employee injuries while reducing vehicle damage. (WTMA)The Charleston Margarita and Mimosa Fest will be invading downtown on Saturday.
