LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Are you looking for a fun and educational means of keeping your kid occupied over the summer? The Boys & Girls Club of Laguna Beach just opened their summer camp registration, and interested residents are urged to grab their spot for nine weeks of fun-filled activities. The summer camp is held at the Laguna Canyon Enrichment Center, Bluebird Park Enrichment Center, El Toro Community Park and the Oxford Academy Campus in Mission Viejo, a Boys & Girls Club of Laguna Beach news release said. Every site will have an abundance of activities for kids to participate in, such as: theme days, arts and crafts, sports and games, special programs, STEM projects, beach and pool days, food Fridays and more, according to the release. In addition, the Laguna Canyon Enrichment Center summer camp branch will offer a special basketball camp and skateboard camp. "I can't wait for Club Olympics this summer," Bluebird Park Director Stephen Tinen said in the statement. "It's the best week of the year when all Enrichment Centers come together at our Canyon location for our take on a recreation Olympic Games. All members participate and it's so fun to see everyone compete!" The Boys & Girls Club of Laguna Beach's summer camp program starts the week of June 13.
