Stop by during our Open House and check out our new selectorized strength equipment, wide variety of cardio machines, spacious Free Weights Area, and our clean, family-friendly facility. Group Exercise Classes, Walking Track, Fitness Center, and some specialty classes will be available to anyone free of charge during the Open House (some restrictions apply and Open Gym is not included). We'll have Membership and New Client Personal Training sales, plus contests and raffles. The best deals are during the Open House, but other Membership and Personal Training sales will be offered until May 31. Age restrictions may apply based on the activity and participants must sign a waiver. If they are under 18, the waiver must be signed by a parent.
