Lawn Maintenance/Landscape Position

I am a young solo business operator who runs a small and very professional lawn care/landscape company. I have been in business for 8 years and growing rapidly to the point where I am seeking help. I work mostly on higher end homes for clients seeking high quality work. I am looking to hire a full time employee to help with the day to day operations and help grow the business together. My equipment is all brand new and top of the line. Come work in a relaxed environment while remaining professional. Job duties include: -Zero turn mowing, trimming, blowing. -General property maintenance including cleanups. -Fertilization and weed control if properly licensed. -Landscape work including mulching, installing shrubs/trees, trimming shrubs/trees, and other labor tasks. -Snow removal in the winter season. Requirements: -Must be in good physical shape, as this is a physical demanding job. -Must be familiar with general landscape equipment. -Must be able to work in all weather conditions, including hot, cold, rain, snow, etc. -Must have reliable transportation to work. Drivers license strongly preferred but not required. -Must be available for 40 hours+ per week. Part time possible if desired. -Clean and tidy appearance and be respectful on client's property. Again, this is a laid back but professional business. -Be able to communicate with clients if necessary while working on their property. Experience preferred but not required. (If you have experience with hardscapes and pavers/retaining walls, please let me know, as I am considering adding these services). Pesticide license is a plus, but not required. Pay negotiable based on experience. My ideal candidate is someone who is looking for a long term career, but college students looking for a summer job are encouraged to apply as well.
