Press release from the City of Glendora: May 3, 2022 NOTICE OF REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Glendora, County of Los Angeles, California (hereinafter "City") will receive Proposals ONLY via the online electronic bid service, www.questcdn.com, until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, 9th day of June, 2022, for the City Council Chamber Upgrading and Expansion, City Hall Flooring Replacement and Glass Door Installation at Finance Hall. NO PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE AND TIME! A mandatory pre-Submittal Job walk is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Monday, May 23, 2022. The mandatory job walk will be held at the following location: City Council Chamber located in the City Hall Building at 116 E Foothill Boulevard, Glendora, CA 91741. Consultants who intend to submit proposals must attend the meeting and must complete the sign-in sheet in order to be eligible to propose this project. No oral, facsimile or telephonic PROPOSALS will be considered. Each Proposal must conform and be responsive to all requirements set forth in the RFP. Vendor/Consultants will need to register with the provider of this service, Quest Construction Data Network.
