This beautiful Aussie/Rottie (we think) Mix is up for adoption through Aussie Rescue Santa Barbara. Buddy is a neutered male around 5 years. He was previously on death row in Salinas by no fault of his own and saved last minute. He is a big boy at around 85 lbs. He is great with other big dogs (especially females), warms up to new people quickly, has been on a ranch with horses and goats, introduced to kids. He is an active boy and will do best with a large space or ranch and someone(s) to go running/hiking with regularly. He must be part of a loving family! He will do best in a home with another large dog, older kids (too big for toddlers) and an alpha to lead him, but who also understands what a sensitive, sweet boy he is. Foster to adopt an option as well. Small re-homing fee. Adopt Buddy!
