Looking to hire a qualified, experienced, maintenance person for our two apartment complexes. Qualified candidates must have a comprehensive overall knowledge of building maintenance including basic carpentry, patching, taping, and texturing of sheetrock, interior and exterior painting, plumbing, minor electrical work and grounds keeping. Must have basic tools. The successful candidate must be highly motivated, reliable, detail oriented, and have good troubleshooting and communication skills. Must be neat in appearance and able to interact effectively with both tenants and other team members. Must have a clean background, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and a good driving record. Able to lift 50lbs. Non smoking a plus. Position is full time, 40 hours per week. The schedule is somewhat flexible, generally Monday to Friday, but may include occasional on-call or overtime work to meet deadlines.
