Must have an outgoing personality, great customer service skills and be quick to smile. ***Pay starts at $16.50 per hour plus $500 hiring bonus (after 90 days of employment) ***Holiday bonus. ***Discounted Medical benefits for full-time employees over 60 days ***Paid Time Off. ***Uniforms and cleaning provided ***Free parking for employee vehicles. ***32-40 hours per week. Main working days are Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday.*** Job Title: Maid Reports To: Building Engineer FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Department: Maintenance Location: San Diego, California Summary: Cleans and maintains the building’s common area property by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Sorts, counts, folds, marks, or carries linens. • Replenishes supplies such as drinking glasses and writing supplies. • Cleans the lobby, lounge, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, guest suites and stairways. • Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floor. • Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. • Dusts furniture. • Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork. • Washes windows, door panels, and sills. • Empties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays. • Transports trash and waste to disposal area. • Replenishes bathroom supplies.
