Objective The Janitorial Field Operations Supervisor position manages janitorial operations that facilitate the maximization of resources to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity, schedule adherence and economic goals. Essential Duties & Responsibilities -Oversee janitorial operations for designated customer sites. -Monitor daily work hours to remain within budgetary guidelines. -Establish and maintain open lines of communication with employees. -Ensure proper usage of supplies and equipment through the training and development of employees. -Communicates staffing changes to Branch Manager. -Conduct building inspections on a routine basis, frequent walk throughs. -Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of this position. -Report any issues, concerns or discrepancies to the Branch Manager. -Find and define problems, resolve cleaning issues, and use these in making appropriate recommendations to management staff, employees to exercise continuous quality improvement and to exceed customer expectations. -Assist cleaning staff in duties when necessary. -Review safety-training topics with employees. -Manage inventory of cleaning equipment and notify Branch Manager of repairs needed. -Adhere to company guidelines for employee relations, employee discipline and termination procedures. -Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested. Job Requirements -Applicant must provide proof of work authorization, and complete an I9 and E-Verify process -Must have Janitorial Supervisor Experience -Must be available to work weekends if needed -Must be available to work assigned shift -As a condition of employment, employee must provide proof of COVID 19 vaccination. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work -This is a full time position and hours of work and days to be discussed with Manager. Travel -Travel is primarily locally, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected Pay $30.00 DOE
