This event is not one that you want to miss. You favorite Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist will be the host of my very first Health and Wellness Event: Spring Back to Life on Saturday, May 282022 from 9 am - 3 pm at the ACE center located on 7027 Knightdale Blvd, Knightdale, NC 27545. The purpose for this event is to provide a positive, relaxed and educational environment for those who may not know about local resources or know how to openly communicate for themselves. I recently learned during this pandemic that my grandfather was diagnosed as a young man with mental health issues that were never fully addressed. I don’t wish that upon anyone. Mental Health concerns are common in the United States and affects roughly 1/4 of adults dealing with anxiety & mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorders to name a few. Come learn how to take control your life begin to breathe easy again and have some fun. Health & Wellness Vendors, Professional coaching, Fitness Session, Meet local alternative medicine providers, Poetry, Speakers, and Giveaway’s.
