7 Hills is a consultant and staffing company for restaurants and clubs throughout the District… We are looking to fill positions for secuirty and hosts to start immediately Ideal candidate must have: - Excellent verbal and customer service skills - Crowd Management and Problem-Solving skills and non-violent de-escalation techniques - Conflict management and observational skills - Ability to be friendly, but also stern and direct when required. -Ability to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Ability to stand in one place for extended periods of time - Flexible schedule with availability on nights, weekdays and weekends - Follow all safety and health regulations - Must have Black Polo, white dress shirt, black tie, Black pants or Slacks, Blacks sneaker or shoe, and FLASHLIGHT ( Owning a black suit is a bonus)
