Seeking experienced FT maintenance person. Are you a self starter that doesn't need someone breathing down your neck to get the job done? Then this is a position for you! Must have experience in unit turns, duties include, but are not limited to: painting, plumbing, water heaters, electrical, grounds clean up, landscaping, appliance removal and installation, snow removal during winter months, ect. Experience using hand tools, lawn equipment, pressure washer, snow blower a plus. Must be physically able to lift, push, pull, stand, bend, kneel, climb stairs, ect. This is a very physical job.
