Lead Carpenter/ Project Foreman: Residential interior remodeling company operating primarily in the Northern metro area seeking individuals highly skilled, in residential home building and/or residential remodeling. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience. Ability to communicate professionally with clients, co-workers, subcontractors, and vendors is a must. Job Description: As a lead member of our team, you will work alongside our project manager, designer, and other company leaders to facilitate remodel projects from beginning to end. Leads are responsible for directing resources to execute all phases of the remodel projects while adhering to project scheduled & meeting deadlines. You will also act as a primary contact to the homeowner and a liaison to management for all project updates, timelines, changes, and scheduling. This is a great opportunity for someone to build on a solid foundation and gain valuable experience in the field and leading a team. Skills/Experience Needed: We are looking for highly skilled individuals with at least 2-3 years’ experience in leading remodeling projects like basement finishes, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodeling and general home renovations. Additional on the job training provided to fine tune skill set. Experience in some or all the following is a plus: • Framing, general lumber • Carpentry- trim/molding work, building mantles, barn doors, hanging doors, etc. • Cabinetry • Tile/Stone installation • Light plumbing (sink/faucet setting, etc.) • Light electrical (light fixtures, etc.) • Flooring- installing all types Physical ability- Our work is at times labor intensive physically- you need to be in physical condition to be able to lift, bend, carry, etc. and keep up while not endangering yourself or your crew. Safety is a must! Reliability- employees must have reliable transportation and be on time. Need to be 21+ Compensation: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour DOE. This is a full-time M-F W-2 position.
