We are currently looking for dependable and experienced commercial janitorial sub-contractors in the Boulder/Layafette areas To qualify you must have: An actual business name and liability insurance. Building #1: Facility near Broadway and Walnut. After training and your first full week of work, this job should take 2.5 hours to compete for one person, nightly. Schedule is 4 days per week: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Hours are somewhat flexible. Work can be done anytime after 6:00 p.m. on Sunday and anytime after 8:00 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This account pays $ 1000.00 per month. Work involves standard office, custodial duties. Building #2: This is a small building Lafayette, CO. This building only gets cleaned on Tuesdays and anytime over the weekend. After training and your first week, this job should take about 2.5 hours nightly for one person to complete, Job involves standard office, custodial duties. This account pays $ 550.00 per month. Once you are a sub-contractor with our company, you would have first shot at any new opportunities that become available.
