Description

Pool Builder looking for hard working individuals, multiple positions open from beginner to experienced. Need individuals who are willing to do a wide range of tasks from masonry, plumbing, carpentry, demo, tile setters, painting etc. Different jobs daily, different tasks. Benefits: Pay is dependent on experience. Candidates with pool construction experience start at $20/hr. Fuel allowance if driving own vehicle. Daily water/gatorades provided. Hats and Shirts provided. Overtime Pay Bonus and Profit Sharing Checks Occasional Responsibilities: • Pulling a trailer • Saw cutting & Sidewalk boring • Product delivery to job-sites • Job-site clean-up and debris removal • Concrete/Decking removal (using a jackhammer) • Landscape Lighting installation • Tile & Coping Repair/removal on current projects • Minor concrete, Tile & Coping, wood fence repairs • Some digging/trenching • Ensures that all installation work is performed in accordance with company standards • Ensures that all equipment is operated safely and maintenance procedures are followed • Reports at the designated location on time each day • Follows directions from supervisor • Communicates well with all crew members, supervisor, and clientele. • Monitors all tools equipment and machinery for needed maintenance. • Maintain an organized, clean and safe working environment. Requirements: • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions extreme heat and cold • Driver’s License or reliable transportation • Ability to lift 50-80 pounds. • Preferred (not required) experience operating front end loaders, mini-excavators, and skid steer machinery with various attachments; other construction equipment as needed • Basic usage and understanding of construction type tools: Hammer-Drills, jackhammers, wheel barrels, shovels, sump pumps, air compressors, etc. • Highly motivated, self-driven individual who is detail orientated • Excellent attention to detail while working in a fun & fast-paced environment • Good time management skills; be available for long hours all year round. • Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background (i.e. clientele, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other designers) • Clean and professional appearance • Punctual and dependable If you feel you are the right candidate for the job and can start immediately, please text your name, city you currently live in, make/model of your vehicle and work experience, email us your resume, or call for an on the job interview.
